I don’t remember if it is or not…
Anyway tonight. Programmed allllllllll day. But fun. And workout. Weighed 141.75lbs (got down to 1/4 lbs ’cause I was mad at being lighter. I really did eat a lot this week) benched 20lbs. Yay for running making it easier to lift.
Anyay bed, so I can make it by my self-perscribed bedtime of 3.10. The “I can sleep when I’m dead” phase is slowly passing…mostly ’cause I’m out of shape at avoiding sleep.
